• When working with clients I am using an eclectic approach to therapy. This means that I am combining a variety of methods from different schools of psychology (e.g. Cognitive Behavioural therapy, Client-centred therapy, Voice dialogue, Hypnosis, Psychodynamic approach, NLP [neuro-linguistic programming] or EMDR [eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing etc.] ). Combination of these methods enables me to address a clients’ particular challenge whilst taking into consideration their own personality, motivation level, thought processes and feelings. Some of the challenges that I can assist with include:
  • Depression
  • Anxiety
  • Trauma
  • Stress management
  • Fears and phobias
  • Fear of public speaking
  • Everyday life challenges
  • Adjustment to a new environment
  • Loss and grief
  • Parenting Skills
  • Social skills
  • Relationship challenges
  • Improving study effectiveness
  • Palmar hyperhidrosis (sweaty palms/hands) with the use of the Electro antiperspirant
  • Life coaching

The psychological treatment is covered by international health insurances such as AON, Cigna, Bupa, AEN amongst others.
